We sort of tumbled into this event with a two week planning cycle

event strategy kept changing every day and we didn’t come onto show site with a dialed plan. Not ideal and not how we usually roll. Through the set up days and even today into the show, the client kept changing their minds, then again…then again. And then, again. Your team rolled with the punches, took ownership of their areas and made great judgment calls based on their history with our events. That’s what makes SBEM so important to our success in Europe. We couldn’t have done this program without Karen, Tracey and Myles – thank you for being a fantastic extension of our team.

I had the pleasure of working with Myles, Lewis and Cheryl last week at the Millbrook event and thought I would send a quick email to thank you. They are without doubt the most polite, professional event staff that I have worked with for a long time. For the entire week we had the services of all 3 helping us with the driving activities, and whilst the event inside the venue had a few hiccups, outside it ran very smoothly with them to help us. They have excellent skills with each guest, are able to help when needed and anticipate any issues before they become a problem. I have to say Myles is my favourite as I worked with him all week, however my colleague would say that same about Lewis!!

She set the welcoming tone for the delegates as soon as they walked in the door as she has such a bubbly personality.
