I really wanted to send you a few lines before Christmas to thank you

for your great job during HPE Event in London and for the support you gave us. We knew it was not an easy project but with your commitment and collaboration it was much easier. It is really important to have reliable partners and we achieved all together excellent results, exceeding the client’s expectations. Ellis Events and HP have also asked us to thank you on their behalf.

A very BIG thank you for all of your tremendous help and hard work onsite last week

I say it time and time again but it’s fair to say that we simply would not be able to deliver the event without you and your team. The amount of experience that everyone now has in delivering this event is priceless and makes such a big difference to the whole operation. It’s always very difficult when we move locations, not only do we have to contend with a venue but we also have a new DMC to manage. You and the team worked tirelessly to manage our temp staff who were, on the whole, fantastic! A massive, massive thank you to you and your lovely, wonderful, hard-working team who keep coming back every year for more, and thank God they do! Please pass on my sincere thanks to the ‘Dream Team’: Mark, Liam, Tracey, Claire, Donna, Kate, Sarah, James, Jeremy, Karen, Rachael, Myles, Guy, Lara.

We sort of tumbled into this event with a two week planning cycle

event strategy kept changing every day and we didn’t come onto show site with a dialed plan. Not ideal and not how we usually roll. Through the set up days and even today into the show, the client kept changing their minds, then again…then again. And then, again. Your team rolled with the punches, took ownership of their areas and made great judgment calls based on their history with our events. That’s what makes SBEM so important to our success in Europe. We couldn’t have done this program without Karen, Tracey and Myles – thank you for being a fantastic extension of our team.

on site at WPP AGM yesterday, they were wonderfully proactive, professional, supportive and as always, a joy to have as part of our overall production. We would not be able to deliver the experience expected by our client without the quality of the service you provide for us. Thank you again.
