SBEM has a database of 500+ professional event hosts. This gives us flexibility to supply a Team or individual for any size event. Our staff are individually selected based on their skill set, experience and attitude. We look to use staff that are pro-active, professional and self motivated.

Event Management

We pride ourselves on having experienced event managers based in the UK and Europe that can deliver from pre-conception to outstanding onsite deliverance. We always expect the very best from our managers and have found that all excel beyond clients expectations.

Something that we are proud of is our success at staff placement. Placing experienced Event Managers on short and long term contracts to work within your event company office. They are able to work alone or within a Team to deliver a successful event from pre conception to full post event review.

Sally Ball

Director

The company was founded by Director Sally Ball. Sally has over 20 years experience in the event and hospitality industry. Having previous experience in the airline industry and leaving at a senior level, this was the start of a new chapter.

Myles Ball

Event Coordinator

Starting in administration and has steadily progressed upwards to Account Manager, Event Coordinator and Event staff booker. Although he is still behind a desk for a majority of the day, he goes onsite for large events and the sunny ones abroad!

We sort of tumbled into this event with a two week planning cycle

event strategy kept changing every day and we didn’t come onto show site with a dialed plan. Not ideal and not how we usually roll. Through the set up days and even today into the show, the client kept changing their minds, then again…then again. And then, again. Your team rolled with the punches, took ownership of their areas and made great judgment calls based on their history with our events. That’s what makes SBEM so important to our success in Europe.
